Based in Central Florida and founded in 2020, 3MG Solutions, LLC is among the fastest growing residential and commercial roofing services companies in the country. Commonly referred to as 3MG, the company operates two core divisions, one for residential projects and another for commercial builds.

Roofing / Insurance background preferred but NOT required.

Entry level candidates without Roofing or Insurance experience requires Bachelors degree or equivalent evidence of exceptional ability.

Candidates with Roofing / Insurance background will be eligible for a higher base salary.

Job Duties:

• Review supplement/estimate requests & all documentation provided in our CRM software, Acculynx
• Formulate appropriate supplement/estimate line items & write up in Xactimate
• Ensure all supplements/estimates are accurate & thorough before they are sent to Insurance Companies
• Maintaining accurate records for all supplements/estimates according to direction provided
• Provide the highest level of service possible to each customer/salesperson as needed throughout the life of the claim
• Maintain regular and consistent, professional communication & updates with all customers and/or salespeople as needed
• Perform all other job duties as assigned

• Flexibility and adaptability are key as this position has the potential to change and evolve as our company expands and grows. This position requires someone who is able to go with the flow and pivot when needed with a positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed. For instance, currently we need help with Accounts Receivable so we may shift priorities here or to other areas.

Other Notes:

• Roofing industry experience a major plus, but not a requirement
• Insurance industry experience also a major plus, but not a requirement
• This position is a full time, in office position requiring daily interaction with all departments
• Work schedule is Monday - Thursday (8AM to 5PM) and Friday (8AM to 4PM) with 1 hour lunch
• Base salary is paid weekly
• Pay structure is base salary + commission
• Health insurance is available and 401k with match is coming soon

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Construction estimating: 4 years (Required)
• Insurance claims: 4 years (Required)
• Insurance adjuster: 4 years (Preferred)
• Roofing estimating: 4 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
