What You Will Be Doing
Under the direction of the Pre-Construction Manager, the Estimator will assist with development of project budget estimates, reviews design consultants construction cost estimates, prepares analysis for project estimator, and prepares estimates of scope changes prior to their initiation and assists with cost optimization of changes under consideration.
What You Need for this Position
- 4+ Years in Construction Estimation
- Critical Path Method (CPM) and Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) fundamentals a plus
- Budgeting and Scheduling Experience
- Degree not required but seen as a plus
