USCutter.com is a growing e-commerce company focused on selling equipment and supplies into the sign, custom apparel, education, and DIY Manufacturing markets. Our products are used to make vehicle graphics, decals, signs, banners, custom tee shirts,hats, mugs, and just about anything else that you want to customize with graphics.
We operate out of our headquarters near South Center in Tukwila, WA and our Memphis, TN distribution center. Our customer base is comprised of small sign shops, crafters, DIY businesses, schools and universities, and large corporate and industrial companies. Many of our customers are new to the business and require a high level of education and support to get them started. We have built our company around servicing this type of customer and practice lean principles to execute our strategy.
Position Description and Responsibilities:
We are looking for talented and competitive individuals that thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Our Repair technicians place a high value on efficient and timely repair and data collection to service our customers and our suppliers. Industry experience is not necessary. We will train you!
· Business hours currently 7a - 4p Monday thru Friday!
· Troubleshoot, test and repair various electronic machines/devices used in the Vinyl Supply industry (Vinyl cutters, heat presses, flatbed cutters, printers.
· Create process documentation for repairing the various machines as needed
· Identify and report key issues with machines to be reported back to manufacturer.
· Manage parts used for repair inventory through daily cycle counts.
· Answer technical questions for the Technical Support Division of the customer support team as needed
· Create product and troubleshooting documentation
· Volunteer for training opportunities to increase product knowledge
· Create new streamlined processes to improve workflow
Desired Skills and Experience
· A high desire to learn and dig into issues.
· Strong verbal and written communications skills.
· Experience with Office360
· Excellent time- and stress-management skills
Job Type: Full Time
Compensation: $25 to $30 per hour D.O.E
