Mercedes-Benz of Wilmington is looking for a EQ Ambassador to add to the high performing team. The EQ Ambassador acts as the dealership go-to resource for both customers and dealership employees about topics specifically related to EQ vehicles, charging, and connectivity with the end goal of providing a best-in-class EV customer experience. The ideal EQ Ambassador should be customer-oriented, empathetic, patient, knowledgeable about current technology trends, passionate about the product, and open to learning and sharing knowledge.

Qualified candidates must possess excellent customer service and communication skills. A valid State Driver’s License and ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check are required for employment.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):

- Explaining and demonstrating EQ vehicle features and technologies

- Educating customers on charging networks and options, including home charging

- Ensuring dealership EQ vehicles are delivered as connected via Mercedes Me Connect and Mercedes Me Charge

- Assists in the resolution of customer technology questions related to EQ Vehicles

- Assist in training dealership staff on EQ Topics and Technologies along with awareness of local and federal tax incentives

- Assist dealership in the hosting of EQ-related consumer events

- Assist dealership sales department in conducting EQ test drives and maintenance of test drive inventory

- Take on additional duties on an "as needed" basis

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
