Compensation:

• (AM Shift) 6:30 am – 2:00 pm starts at $18.00 + Uncapped Bonus!
• (PM Shift) 1:30 pm – 9:00 pm starts at $20.00 + Uncapped Bonus!
• Uncapped Bonus ($25 after first 2 appointments scheduled a day, each additional appointment you schedule is another $25 bonus) Average monthly bonus is $2,500 with Top Performers earning $4,500 a month in bonuses alone!

Job Duties:

Your primary responsibility will be to schedule free, no-obligation estimates for our home improvement products. You will earn a bonus for every appointment you schedule, even if there is no purchase made. Job duties include:

• Managing a stream of inbound and outbound phone calls to maximize each opportunity
• Following up with previous customers that have expressed an interest in our services
• Setting, tracking, and exceeding goals within a production-based environment
• Motivating and supporting teammates to ensure mutual success
