We are looking for an Entry Level Recruiter to join our HR team! This entry level Recruiting Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support the operations of our organization’s recruiting team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is interested in a career in Recruiting and would like great hand-on experience and training.

Spanish and English speaking is a must.

Quality Enclosures (“America’s Shower Door”) is a leading manufacturer of shower enclosures headquartered in the heart of Long Island. We are family owned and operated, been in the industry for over half a century, and are growing at an exciting pace!

Responsibilities:

• Screening resumes and conduct initial phone screens
• Schedule interviews and keep calendars for hiring teams
• Source resumes
• Post and update online job advertisements
• Process background checks
• Maintain applicant tracking
• Update organizational chart and keep tracking of open positions within the organization
• Help identify process improvements

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• Have a friendly, outgoing personality and be comfortable speaking to new people on the phone and in person
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exhibit a high level of organization and excellent time management skills

• Positive and self-motivated attitude
• Computer literate – proficient in MS Word, email, and internet use

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,500.00 - $42,500.00 per year
