Hours are Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 8am to 630pm overtime as needed
Position Summary - Entry Level Leadership Roles. Logistics
This role is designed as a developmental role to help prepare individuals for a career and pathway in logistics leadership. Individuals with a passion for supply chain and logistics and a willingness to learn, to be curious, and to have a great attitude should consider this opportunity. This role can lead to other opportunities in operations leadership as well as other supply chain functions with our business. This role will help an individual become a front-line leader with the ability to lead a team, have crucial conversations, and navigate through department situations.

Job Responsibilities
- Assists Supervisor in planning and organizing department goals by understanding priorities and
- Effectively communicates with Supervisor and Associates both orally and in writing
- Partners with Supervisor to assist Associates in building a team environment through strong floor
- Possesses common knowledge of all DC systems, ensuring Associates follow procedures and
- Key person in coordinating the training of current and new hire Associates

• Exceptional attendance and performance record and ability to maintain those standards
• Knowledge of PC's and software and the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships and interact in a constructive manner
• must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and assist in all areas
• Knowledge of DC operations
