Entry Level Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant

Founded in 2014, Bloom is one of the largest family-owned, vertically integrated cannabis companies in the country. We handle all aspects of our cannabis operations in-house – from new market evaluation and entry, to facilities build-out, compliance, and marketing. Currently licensed in five states to grow, manufacture and/or dispense medical marijuana products, we’re expanding rapidly as we continue to earn new state licenses.

We are looking for an experienced Entry Level Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant to join our team who is seeking the opportunity for continued growth and development in their career with a growing multi-state operator in the cannabis market. This hybrid role will include creating designs according to specifications, reporting to the senior graphic designer, and improving design tasks as well as assisting in marketing operations.

The cannabis industry is an ever-evolving industry so the ability to think critically and adapt to a start-up style fast-paced environment is a must.

Reponsibilities

● Create and schedule email and sms campaigns

● Manage store listings messages, reviews and content

● Assist in creating marketing materials

● Support marketing for local events

● Help identify trends and opportunities for partnerships and content

Requirements

● Love Cannabis!!!

● Competency using Adobe, Microsoft and Google applications

● Effective written and verbal communication skills.

● A high level of attention to detail.

● Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

● Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

● Good organization skills.

● Related job and internship experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
