Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.

CalPERS' Enterprise Strategy and Performance Division is recruiting for a Staff Services Manager I (Specialist) position(s) to join our Enterprise Project Services section. Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager II, the SSMI Specialist will perform a variety of complex assignments and provide full journey-level support in the areas of Project Management, Organizational Support, and Change Management. The incumbent will work collaboratively with team leaders and team members from across the organization on projects and engagements that vary in scope and scale. The incumbent will need to demonstrate a high-degree of independence, initiative and responsibility to successfully perform job duties. Additionally, the incumbent must maintain an open and learning mindset, be a skilled communicator, and strive to master specific competencies and skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $6,563.00 - $8,153.00 per month
