Day (United States of America) The Enterprise Architect is responsible for organization-wide Enterprise Architecture (EA) initiatives. Enterprise Architect will work with other members of the EA team, clinical, operation and technical leadership to ensure that the architecture is supportive of the overall business and existing technical environment that allows for expansion of systems as needed. The candidate is responsible for setting the technical direction of the organization in terms of applicable technical standards.Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Lead projects within architecture. Work with Product Managers/Business Analysts to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features (essential)
2. Present capability briefings and solution demonstrations, prepare technical material for internal and external audiences, and think in general engineering terms in the early development of customer relationships and requirements. (essential)
3. Maintain a high level of technical excellence and depth in at least one core capability. (essential)
4. Mentor and provide architectural guidance to multiple teams building innovative applications (essential)
5. Develop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architectures and solutions (essential)
6. Lead complex systems integration projects and demonstrated ability to achieve deliverables on time and on budget. (essential)
7. Effectively integrate core capabilities with new technology to successfully implement systems development projects. (essential)
8. Propose changes in existing products or services that result in cost reductions or increased end-user productivity, write technical papers or give industry seminars, identify and champion new core capabilities or partnerships, and lead or mentor other technical staff. (essential)
9. Ensure system availability, scalability, security and other system performance goals are met. (essential)
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field required.
2. More than 10 years related work experience required in software development experience.
3. Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or GCP
4. Advanced technical computer skills as required for technical support specific to functional area and related systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Knowledge and experience using basic and intermediate project management tools and techniques
2. Candidate will have a proven track record of producing quality deliverables on time, taking ownership and accountability of assignments and demonstrating a strong work ethic.

5. Oral Communications: Ability to comprehend and communicate complex verbal information in English to medical center staff, patients, families and external customers.
6. Knowledge: Ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of concepts, practices and policies with the ability to use them in complex varied situations.
7. Team Work: Ability to act as a team leader for small projects or work groups, creating a collaborative and respectful team environment and improving workflows. Results may impact the operations of one or more departments.
8. Customer Service: Ability to provide a high level of customer service and staff training to meet customer service standards and expectations for the assigned unit(s). Resolves service issues in the assigned unit(s) in a timely and respectful manner.
Social/Environmental Requirements:
1. Work requires close attention to task for work to be accurately completed. Intermittent breaks during the work day do not compromise the work.
2. Work requires constant response to changing circumstances and using new information to adjust approach and to quickly respond to new needs.
