Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Completes the timely processing contracts for our debt resolution teams
- Collect necessary documentation that is required throughout the life of the transaction
- Collaborates effectively with other departments on daily management and retrieval of missing information
- Responsible for reviewing and preparing files
- Understands specific requirements driven by each State’s business practices
- Responsible for using discretion and complying with customer privacy policies during file review and while accessing search databases
- Perform enrollment Pre-Reviews for deals before contracts go out to ensure they follow our enrollment guidelines, deal is setting up the client for success, and identify any outstanding items to confirm with the client before they sign.
- Perform enrollment post-Reviews after the deals are signed to confirm any changes from initial review, anything outstanding that there may be, and to review the contract to ensure it was completed correctly and matches how the deal is set up in our CRM.
- Assist in re-working programs for clients after enrollment: Adding/Removing debts and doing term reviews for those as well as confirming whether the addition is an acceptable debt we can work with. Also updating draft schedules per client requests.
- Review creditor statements from clients to update the client’s file with and escalate to any internal departments as needed if additional action needs to be taken.
- Resolving broken settlements with creditors via phone and email
- Assist Negotiations in locking down creditor settlements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 or more years in underwriting
Qualifications & Skills
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to think critically and analyze risk
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail, thoroughness and accuracy are required
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel , Outlook and Adobe)

Earning potential: $40,000-$45,000 (base salary + bonus)
