Job Title -Enrollment Broker
Pay Rate - $20.50
Location: Philadelphia County
****Travel: Will be traveling to homes throughout various counties. You will be responsible for a certain county and will be expected to travel throughout that county and adjacent counties. Will be using their own vehicles.
Shift: 8am-4pm (depends on the appointments scheduled, guaranteed to be paid 40 hours a week)
Overtime: Potentially. Depends how long you take at the appointments.

Duties
- Candidate will be traveling to various homes throughout local counties in Pennsylvania.
- Questions on health/medical status will be asked to client to help determine what plan they should utilize.
- Must be impartial to type of plan they use
- Will be admitting a CMI Health Assessment Review.
- Will be responsible for going over HIPPA guidelines/regulations
- Responsible for Medicaid/Waiver Intake forms.
- Candidates will be interacting with clients of all ages, disabilities, creeds, religions, race, gender and sexual orientation.
- Appointments are pre-scheduled and must be attended at specified time frames.
- Will be responsible for entering data into computer system based on how the questions are answered.
- Will be responsible for taking proper care of company cell phone and laptop
- Will be working independently/from home.
- Responsible for getting work/appointments done unsupervised day to day
- Travel will be throughout adjacent counties
- Up to 2-5 appointments per day depending on locations
- Appointments on average last approx. 1 hour and must be done efficiently as possible.
Qualifications/Experience
- Experience in service coordination ideal
- Experience in HCSIS and SAMS records a major plus
- Working with ISP
- Working with an agency filling our waiver enrollments
- Any type of medical enrollment experience a plus
- MUST have a Bachelor's Degree
- Must be very comfortable working on a laptop and be familiar with Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to type at a fast pace (at least 60wpm)
- MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND OWN RELIABLE VEHICLE
- Ability to work independently
- Time management Skills a must
- Customer service skills
- Must present themselves professionally while in client's homes
