Job Description
The Enrollment & Health Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all associated Federal and State regulations, guidelines and standards are being met for all enrollees in CUI programs.
The Enrollment and Health Specialist ensures that required health information including screenings are entered into Child Plus and that all 45 day mandates are met.
Head Start experience strongly preferred.

Location Description
Communities United Inc. (CUI) is a private non-profit organization that operates quality preschool/childcare programs at reasonable cost. Since 1970, we have built a reputation as an agency that is sensitive to the needs of all families in our communities.
CUI offers a variety of funding sources to help parents meet their preschool and child care needs. CUI also provides parents with tuition assistance through state funding. For families who don't qualify for assistance, private fee slots are available.
We provide both half-day (including Head Start) and full day programs for preschool age children (2.9 years to kindergarten entry age) at our sites and toddler care (including Early Head Start) at our Watertown, Newton and Woburn sites. Learn more about us...

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Health related field
- Strong computer skills, proficiency working with databases
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Experience working with infant, toddler and preschool children and families from low income and culturally diverse background s preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required
