We are hiring RN Endoscopy in Akron, OH

Minimum 1 Years experience in Registered Nurse Endoscopy

AlliedUP Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill an opening with a hospital facility located in_ Akron, OH. The ideal candidates should have cardiac telemetry work experience, knowledgeable with EMR - Epic system._

Responsibilities:

• Assesses, develops, implements and evaluates patient care utilizing evidence and nursing theory in practice through the organization’s care delivery model.
• Communicates clearly with patients, families, nursing staff and interdisciplinary team to achieve healthcare goals. Provides constructive feedback and participates in peer review processes.
• Teaches patient/family at their level of understanding and documents response.
• Provides and documents procedures, medications, treatments, and intravenous therapy. Interprets clinical data/patient responses, and collaborates with physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
• Provides prompt accurate shift/handoff reports and shares pertinent patient care information throughout shift.
• Provides staff orientations, training, instructions, guidance, leadership and supervision as necessary.
• Ensures patient safety and takes accountability for following safety protocol and alerting appropriate staff of safety issues.

Location: Akron, OH

Pay Rate: $ 59.00 hourly

Schedule: 8a-4:30p

Qualifications:

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• ACLS certificate upon hire
• NIHSS certificate
