Title: EMR Analyst
Location: San Antonio, TX 78251 (Onsite)

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s Degree or higher preferred
- Medical office experience required
- Training experience preferred
- Knowledge and experience working with eClinical Works preferred
- Must have at least four (4) years business application analysis, project management, or related experience, preferably with web-based applications.
- Understanding of basic EMR use and workflows
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Understanding of project life cycle and project management methodologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication, negotiating, and presentation skills.
- Strong time-management skills and willingness to take responsibilities for meeting goals, objectives and project deadlines.
- Ability to effectively write and present business correspondence, reports and procedure manuals.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be able to sit for long periods executing, validating, and/or implementing computer applications.
Job Responsibilities:
- The EMR Application Analyst is a clinical and operational technical SME for eCW applications at Client.
- Develop, prepare and lead eCW training sessions in both group and one-on-one settings for new and established associates.
- Analyzes business applications and designs improvement modifications by writing requirements, user stories, and documenting processes.
- Monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
- Analyzes problems and errors produced by eCW applications and users of eCW applications and recommends controls by writing improved procedures that will
- effectively correct the problems.
- Maintains system protocols by writing and updating How-To documents.
- Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; provides help desk support; end-user training.
- Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Ability to work within a dynamic team environment, interacting and coordinating with other members of the EMR team, Information Technology department, and business stakeholders
- Assists in maintaining all functional areas in eClinical Works
Support:
- Phones: Ensure all support phone calls are answered in a timely manner; call issues documented in the HTMG Support Ticket System and if possible bring resolution to issue.
- Tickets: Ensure all assigned tickets are worked in a timely manner, primary assignment Front and billing office support
- Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
- Environmentally controlled business office environment when working at the Administrative office.
- When training the environment will consist of a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Frequent interaction with a diverse population including Associates, Providers, Patients, and other members of public.
- Frequent sitting, writing, typing, grasping and speaking.
- Occasional standing, walking, reaching, bending, stooping, lifting and carrying. Lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 15 pounds. Frequent use of computer, keyboard, copy and fax machine and phone
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
