SHIFT: Full-Time, Days

STARTING RATE: $23.00/hr ($23.00-$25.00/hr based on experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Employee Engagement Specialist works as a key member of the Integration Team to help facilitate the design, implementation, reinforcement and sustainability of all employee focused integration related programming throughout the organization.

RESPONCIBILITIES:

• Take a leadership role in advancing Integration Program initiatives throughout the organization
• Work with integration team and facility leadership to customize a program to fit the facility needs
• Work in concert with facility representatives to design and implement creative employee experience
• Familiar and has an understanding of Gallup Q 12
• Understand and capable of explanation of 12 elements of culture
• Lead, Train, and Track initiatives with facility managers, Q 12, 12 elements, employee engagement process, and various other critical components
• Maintain records of engagement levels and trends
• Act as a change agent during any organizational change initiatives
• Work with facility management team to successfully manage all change related programs
• Serve as point of contact for facility questions related to the Integration program
• Coordinate regular manager training initiatives that focus on furthering the management teams understanding and prioritization of Integration related topics and concepts.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess the ability to lead others and inspire them to achieve desired results
• Must be flexible, professional, and reliable
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, and One Note
• Be able to multi-task and manage multiple objectives simultaneously
• Experience in a long term healthcare facility preferred
• Excellent communication skills
