We are seeking a caring, energetic, hard-working, detail-oriented team player to join our Employee Engagement department as a full-time Employee Engagement Specialist located in Provo, Utah. The individual we are looking for is someone that loves working in a team environment but also excels working at an individual level.

Responsibilities include:
- Implement & oversee employee feedback surveys (hierarchy, reporting, etc.)
- Corporate tickets for Jazz games, Sundance, Real SL, etc. (ticket transfers, confirmation emails)
- Ongoing event planning (Block Parties, Employee B-day celebrations, etc.)
- Onboarding (ID badges, name plates, prep swag, head shots, etc.)
- New Employee Orientation (comms to employees, present & update presentation, order breakfast, prep room, etc.)
- Bereavement packages (send out to employees)
- Diversity & Inclusion committee (take meeting notes, send out summary & action items, prep comms, direct events)
- Assist with ordering & organizing departmental supplies, materials, & swag
- Manage monthly department budget and expenses
- Reply to FAQs on Slack
Qualifications:
- Education: Associates Degree (Required), Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience: Customer service position (2+ years), HR experience is a plus

- Ability to manage the ins & outs of a budget an ensure we’re staying within allotted amounts
- Ability to brainstorm creative ideas and design execution plans
- Ability to work efficiently in a high pace environment, which includes weekly, monthly, & quarterly target deadlines
- Proficient with windows-based computer systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, Google docs
- Ability to learn and work with proprietary software
- Amazing communication & organizational skills
