Erwin Electric, Inc is currently seeking Residential Electricians for Custom Homes in the Tampa Bay Area.

Total compensation for Residential Electricians is based on experience and/or licensing. Candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance will receive top pay.

Job Requirements:

• Prefered: 3 years of experience in residential (Specifically Custom Homes)
• Understanding of +10,000 sqft. Custom home construction.
• Prior experience with lighting control systems, whole house generators, dock power, 600- & 800-amp services.
• Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record.
• Clean criminal background check & able to pass a drug test.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Troubleshooting experience is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide High level of customer service and professionalism.
• Experience with completing custom homes from start to finish
• Assemble and install electrical equipment, conductors, lighting, devices and associated material to meet all requirements of the customer’s scope.
• Perform Testing, Upgrades and Repairs to electrical systems and equipment.
• Ensure that installations are completed in a neat and workmanlike manner and adhere to NEC and Florida Building code requirements.
• Maintain company-provided tools and manage truck stock inventory levels.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to use hands to hold, feel, or reach electrical components
• Stand, climb, balance, stoop, crouch, or crawl for extended periods of time.
• Adequate close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
• Ability to regularly lift and move 50 lbs. – 100 lbs.
