XP Climate Control is a small family owned business specializing in manufacturing special purpose environmental, heating, air-conditioning, ventilating and pressurization systems.We seek a full time person to work as an Electrician.

Job Description:
The Electrician will be responsible for installing the electrical components in an HVAC systems, including all electrical wiring and control cabinets. These are mostly heating and air conditioning systems, but also include ventilation, refrigeration or other climate-control systems. This position also includes mounting and wiring devices such as sensors, actuators, controllers, thermostats, smoke and gas detection systems.

Responsibilities:
Understand and apply blueprints and technical diagrams

Inspect electrical components including transformers and circuit breakers

Use testing devices to identify and report electrical problems

Use hand and power tools

Complete work orders on time

Create records of materials used

Skills required:
Exceptional communication skills

Ability to identify wires accurately

Ability to perform electrical tests, read results and diagnose and repair electrical problems

Problem-solving

Critical thinking

Circuit knowledge

Time management

Strong work ethic

Applicant must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel on occasion.

Salary: From $45,000.00 per year
