Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer opportunity in Houston Texas!

Position Overview:

This role is the primary producer of electrical/ instrumentation deliverables for the project scope as assigned by the Project Manager. May lead small-medium projects with supervision. Frequent inter-organizational and customer contact.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare deliverables and present information to inter-organizational and customer stakeholders
• Support project development in the bid/evaluation process, including preparation of bid documents, completion of technical bid evaluations, and recommendations for selection
• Assist in budgeting, estimating, forecasting, accounting, and work order management for engineering projects
• Produce technical documentation (including but not limited to reports, studies, calculations, equipment sizing & selection, alternative analyses, specifications, material requisitions, etc.)
• Support the engineering, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of facilities

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from ABET accredited curriculum (or recognized equivalency)
• PE (Professional Engineer) registration strongly preferred.
• Minimum eight (8) years engineering experience, preferably in industrial facilities. LNG, CNG, and Hydrogen fueling station experience preferred
• Familiarity with drafting software such as CADWorx, AutoCAD, or related software
• Proficient in electrical engineering calculations and industry standards such as ISA, ISO, NEC, etc.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office)
