Then Edible Arrangements has just the job for you! We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives or, as we call them, Fruit Experts, to work in our Oak Park location at 107 N Marion (20-30hr/week) Restaurant/Hotel Experience is preferred.
Must be 18 years of age. We are looking for a long term, outgoing employee with a sense of humor!
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones/Attending to walk-guests
- Wrapping Arrangements
- Dipping Chocolate
- Handling Cash
- Routing the Driver
- Handling customer satisfaction issues
- Up-Selling Actively (Incentive program)
Ideal candidate will be:
- Detail oriented, a quick learner
- Able to talk on the phone while typing and navigating through computer screens
- Able to work alone or in a group setting
- Be Responsible
- Be Honest
- Possess a high level of communication skills
- Be excited about our product
- Be Articulate
- Have a good grasp on grammar and spelling
- Feel comfortable engaging with Customers
- Feel comfortable building rapport while increasing store sales
- Be a Self-starter
- Manage time/prioritize duties well
- Be able to multi-task
If hired, you will be required to work holidays (Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Valentine's etc). You MUST be able to work all holidays, not just a couple. Flexible schedules are a plus!!
The current available shifts are:
- 1pm-7pm Monday through Friday
- 8am-5pm Saturday
- 9am-3pm Sunday
- Our training is first focused on closing shifts and those who excel will be given an opportunity to gain opening shifts.
The more you are available, the more hours you will get!
Training rate is $13. We offer a 30-60-90 performance review program.We also offer sales commisions and reimbursement for parking.
