Job Purpose:

Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, this position will be responsible for designing and developing EDI integrations, analyzing requirements, producing mapping documents, testing systems, and establishing communications with trading partners.

Duties:

· Design and develop the flow of EDI transactions between the EDI platform, Famous FIS and other internal applications and our customers

· Create mapping documents for EDI transactions

· Document system release information for implementation of new and changed EDI integrations

· Acquire and maintain an in-depth understanding of the technical and functional architecture of EDI systems

· Collaborate with business units, vendors and technical staff to achieve business results

· Monitor generation and transmission of both inbound and outbound EDI data

· Review logs for failures, resolve data issues, and reprocess EDI documents as necessary

· Maintain EDI status tracking; prepare reports of results

· Analyze all EDI transaction and prepare required documents and reports

· Coordinate with data senders/recipients to maintain effective EDI integrity and provide support to internal departments

· Work effectively and efficiently in cross-functional departments including sales, accounting, operations, and logistics

· Ability to work proactively, prioritize tasks and to manage time effectively.

Skills/Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

· Able to share complicated concepts with both high and low-tech audiences

· Preferably with produce industry experience

· Exposure to ERP Applications - Preferably Famous ERP and its FIS module

· Experience accessing Oracle databases using tools like Oracle SQL Developer

· Have successfully managed and prioritized multiple tasks

· Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities

· Knowledge of EDI Mapping and translations

· Strong understanding of EDI document sets

· Should work well in team settings as well as independently with minimal supervision

· Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance, and ability to work overtime, nights and weekends if needed.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills; with responsive feedback at all times.

· Must be able to read, speak, and write in English

This is an on-site only position located in our corporate office in Plant City, FL. You must be able to report to the office daily.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
