Remote Flexible = WFH Monday and Friday, In office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

As our plans and goals continue to grow, so too does our corporate family! We are eagerly looking for an E-Commerce Product Manager to join our team in Lakewood, Colorado.

The E-commerce product manager will be working within the Product Management team under the direction of the VP of Marketing and will report to the Director of Product Management at our HQ office located in Lakewood, CO. You will be working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment spanning across Product, Marketing, Learning and Development, and IT.
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
  • Providing application and process subject matter expertise for business partners and IT teams
  • Working cross-functionally with our CX, Design, Marketing, Product, L&D and IT teams
  • Working with accounting and IT teams to verify and validate business assumptions to better define product priorities utilizing our data resources
  • Creating user personas to understand business requirements for the Product team
  • Owning our Technological services pillars and helping drive sales with agOnline
  • Assist franchise owners with system integrations
  • Evaluate technology partners to grow web to print and e-commerce offering
  • Create and execute on Product Requirements Documentation
  • Ensure development related projects maintain proper scope and meets strategic objectives
  • Evaluate cost/benefit of development initiatives
  • Manage relationships of key vendors and partners to continue growing the technology space

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  • E-commerce experience
  • Knowledge or experience with the digital print and large format signage industry
  • Bonus Points if you have a knowledge of
    • XMPie
    • PrintSmith Vision
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technical discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Product Management role or equivalent
  • Experience working with modern front-end technology, CMS, mobile apps, e-commerce platforms and toolsets
  • Self-motivation with strong, proven, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate across all departments in the organization from technical staff to executive stakeholders
  • Ability to create, review, interpret user flow diagrams and systems architectural diagrams
  • A constant learner-mindset with the drive to creatively think outside the box and innovate
  • An understanding of design patterns, systems, and customer journeys
  • Knowledge of digital channel selling tools
  • Present and discuss complex topics in simple terms
  • Being able to manage internal and external stakeholders to positively influence and build strong mutually-beneficial relationships;
  • Strategic thinking & Business acumen - understanding markets, trends and competition;
  • Exceptional project management skills; able to work independently on multiple assignments while maintaining high-quality and timely results;
  • People-driven attitude and team orientation with ability to nurture team spirit;
  • Innovation attitude: thinking out of the box introducing new solutions and new processes to enable our employed partners/franchisees/customers to become more productive;
  • Great communication and presentation skills;
  • Strong understanding of data and performance/operation metrics: ability to critically analyze data and build solutions on selected insights. Advanced to expert user of Excel;

  • Annual base salary in the $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 range based on experience
  • Team and individual performance-based bonus up to 20% of your annual salary.
