Engine Technician is primarily responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, repairing and rebuilding diesel and compression gas engines to provide an excellent customer experience. We are a Caterpillar Dealer located in the state of Kansas and NW Missouri.
Hourly Base Rate: $19.10 - $47.77 / hour
Shift: 4-10's Monday PM / Friday AM - 9PM to 730AM

Job duties:
- Perform all levels of repair and preventative maintenance on engines as well as diagnose and troubleshoot problems, give recommendations for repairs and make all critical repairs and adjustments
- Must be willing to work overtime as required by fluctuating workloads and available for after-hours calls as needed
- Create a work environment that is considerate of the customer’s needs
- Basic mechanical knowledge including electrical and hydraulics
- General knowledge of basic hand tools, air tools, precision measuring tools and instruments
- Must be able to read and comprehend specifications, service and parts literature, technical bulletins, schematics, line diagrams and other related publications.

- Experience with all makes and models of engine rebuilds
- Stable work history
- Comfortable operating various types of equipment and implements, diagnostic tooling, various shop hand and electric tools and overhead hoists/cranes
- Ability to foster positive relationships internally and externally
