HELP AMERICA SEIZE THE DAY

As an Assistant Manager, youll help America Run on Dunkin through the day-to-day operations of our restaurants. You will assist the Restaurant Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. Youll also assist with local store marketing to achieving sales and profit goals while helping team members through performance and training initiatives.

DUNKIN RUNS ON YOU

You have at least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.

You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).

You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
