We're hiring a DOT Compliance Coordinator to assist with our growing team of Commercial Truck drivers. The ideal applicant will oversee all regulatory and licensing requirements in accordance with the company’s, individual states, and federal regulations relating to FMCSA & DOT.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily transportation functions pertaining to safety and DOT compliance.
• Manage all company accident and incidents including documenting, processing, and entering in portal/database
• Maintain & monitor Fleet Technological Tools (Motive, Speed Gauge and Samsara) to ensure safety and compliance throughout the fleet.
• Provide both proactive and requested support to field staff on safety & compliance technology.
• Prepare & maintain drivers daily inspection reports along with other reports as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge and understanding of DOT Hours of Service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Experience:

• Supervising experience: 3 years (Preferred)
• Risk management: 1 year (Preferred)
• DOT Safety Manager: 3 years (Preferred)
• Geotab Software: 3 years (Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,563.00 - $58,177.00 per year
