About us

TyCalK9 is a small business in Rosharon, TX. We are professional, innovative and our goal is to Take care of our dogs! We need a kennel tech to come in the mornings and clean kennels and take the dogs out for some outside time. .

We are seeking a Kennel Assistant to help assist with care of the animals and clean the kennels. The Kennel Assistant will help maintain the kennels by cleaning, feeding and giving medication to animals when necessary. This position will be staffed in the mornings only, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and then again in the evening…around 3-6pm. Monday through Friday, and Sundays.

Responsibilities:

  • Groom dogs.
  • Clean kennels and cages.
  • Feed animals.
  • Monitor animal health.
  • Be gentle and calm around animals.
  • Be able to lift heavy objects such as animal food bags.
  • Clean the kennel's floors, walls, and windows.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
