Job description
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minnesota Chiefs-C Boilers license.
- Minnesota Refrigerant Handler’s certification.
- Certified Pool Operators license.
- Working knowledge of computers and mobile devices.
- Must be able to climb an 8-foot step ladder and/or up to a height 12-feet.
- Valid Minnesota Class D driver’s license, or equivalent, with no suspensions or revocations within the last 5 years.
- At least 3 years minimum experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Physical ability and stamina to meet the physical requirements listed in attached job description on a daily basis in order to perform heavy manual work in grounds keeping.
- Conducts routine, emergency and deferred maintenance repair of district equipment and buildings.
- Coordinates and monitors the repair activities of outside vendors.
- Assists building chiefs with maintenance work and regular service of equipment, if needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
