Job Purpose

Sutton Inspection Bureau has an immediate opening for a District Account Representative to join as a member of the Inspector Support Department of the Company. In this role, the District Account Representative will be responsible for the daily workflow of inspections from new orders to the completed reports submitted from our field inspectors while staying in compliance with customer requirements/guidelines.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle the day-to-day workflow of inspection orders
• Check for unassigned inspection orders in district area and assign to the appropriate area inspector
• Assist inspectors with inspection and scheduling challenges
• Professionally interact and respond to customer and inspector calls, emails and notes
• Remind inspectors of special customer instructions in order to receive timely reports
• Handle customer rejected items
• Call and trace inspectors with late or overdue inspections

Must Meet these Requirements

• Stable Employment History
• At least two years’ experience in a customer service oriented job
• At least one year experience in a managerial position
• Fast Learner
• Previous Insurance Experience
• High School Diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.50 - $21.50 per hour
