Dispatcher/ Customer Service Representative
Job description
Currently, Saginaw Valley Service Company has immediate opening for dispatcher and customer service person in our Flint office. We are looking for a reliable person. Applicants must be able to offer customer service in a fast paced office. This person should have the ability to multi-task and prioritize jobs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers, employees, and vendors via multi-line phones and email to schedule work and dispatch technicians
Setting up and administering daily dispatch operations
Have excellent phone skills
Scheduling service calls, dispatching and routing of service technicians.
Electronic filing, scanning, and mailings as needed
Job requirements
Strong verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly & comfortably with customers & employees over the phone & in person
The ability to multi-task in an environment that mandates strict attention to detail
Outstanding record of attendance and punctuality
Proficient computer and data entry skills
Outstanding organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
