Job description

We are looking for a self motivated dispatcher with excellent communication, listening and customer service skills to attend and handle phone calls ranging in subject, urgency, and requirement. You will be required to Document all call information, coordinate with field personnel and prioritize calls based on importance and act accordingly.

Duties include

• Utilizing telephone, or computer to transmit assignments and compiling statistics and reports on work progress.
• Schedule and dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, or service vehicles for maintenance or for installation, and service.
• Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from work crews, supervisors, and field inspectors using telephones and email.
• Receive or prepare work orders
• Contact clients for additional information and data; notify clients of any changes to work schedule
• Monitor equipment locations and utilization in order to coordinate service and schedules
• Receive occasional instruction or assistance as new or unusual situations arise
• Establish prioritization and coordinate trade assignment depending on severity of the call; adjust priority of requests; catalog and track after hour’s calls

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift

• Chandler, AZ 85225: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
