We are a Trucking company headquartered in Rowland Heights, CA. We are looking for an individual who takes initiative, able to learn fast, good attention to details and shares our core values.

Below are the skills we are looking for a Dispatcher Assistant:

• MUST be computer savvy and have strong experience working with PCs and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). If you are not fast with a computer, you are most likely not going to be suited for this job.
• Detail orientated where accuracy is our number one requirement
• Able to handle pressure
• Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment and multi-task

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Update works as they're received via phone, email, or the internet
• Assist with scheduling service and dispatch drivers
• Other duties and special projects as assigned
• Team player and able to process information and learn new things quickly

Previous dispatch experience is a big plus. All industrial specifics are trained onsite. Fast learning ability is required.

Candidates, please note that we are a trucking company; working condition is in a trailer office. Please do not expect the office to be in a large nice corporate building. Only submit your resume if you are okay with the type of work environment.

Probation - 3 months. Starting at $18 per hour

The candidate will be working as dispatcher assistant for 3 months before becoming a dispatcher.
Your performance will be evaluated after 3 months and pay will be adjusted if your performance meets expectation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
