Limousine Company Dispatcher

As a Limousine Company Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our transportation services. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the dispatching activities to guarantee timely and exceptional service to our valued clients. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of limousine services to meet client demands and ensure on-time arrivals.

- Effectively communicate with chauffeurs, clients, and other staff members to relay accurate information and instructions.

- Monitor and track vehicle locations using GPS and dispatching software to optimize routes and minimize delays.

- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, concerns, and special requests.

- Handle reservation bookings in our calendars and maintain accurate records in the dispatching system.

- Collaborate with chauffeurs to ensure they are aware of any changes in client preferences, special instructions, or route modifications.

- Assist with resolving any unforeseen issues or incidents that may arise during transportation operations, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.

- Maintain a professional and organized work environment, ensuring all paperwork, records, and documentation are properly filed and archived.

- Stay updated with relevant industry regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and adherence to safety standards.

- Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve overall efficiency on the drivers and customers end.

- Manager our fleet of 14 vehicles and keep track of maintence, up keep, damage, etc using our software and current process.

After training you will be able to take this job Remote from home some days of the week 50/50 or as needed 100% depending on the week.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or experince in transportation or logistics is a plus).

- Proven experience in a dispatching role, preferably in the transportation industry.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, chauffeurs, and team members.

- Proficiency in using dispatching software, GPS tracking systems, and other relevant technology or ability to learn.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and dispatching operations.

- Familiarity with local roads, traffic patterns, and geographical knowledge of the service area is a plus.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as transportation operations may require.

- Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to provide an exceptional experience for clients.

Pay starts at 21.00 and perfomance based raises will be given quarterly and generously.
