Pay Range: $16-18/hr
- High school diploma or GED
- Vocational/Technical school preferred
- Minimum of 1 year successful work experience in Dispatch and/or service role.
Position Overview:
The primary function of this position is to insure a high level of customer satisfaction by
timely assigning service teams to meet customer needs. Must daily schedule available
Service Technicians to provide service to customer. May be required to be accessible at
extended hours. Works under minimal supervision. This position reports to the Service Managers.

Responsibilities:
- Reports for duty on time, ready to work, at assigned work location, on a daily basis.
- Accurately and timely prepares purchase orders as directed by sales and vendors, and requested by technicians.
- Orders supplies and parts to ensure adequate inventory, as well as corrects equipment or parts needed for each job.
- Accepts customer phone calls to set up job requests, answer questions and concerns correctly and timely; direct calls to appropriate person when necessary.
- Follows up on and audit inspections reports for completeness and accuracy; scans and sends to client and sales or forwards to dispatch as required on a timely basis.
- Coordinates with Service Coordinator and Job Coordinator to schedule inspections.
- Prepares equipment spreadsheets for all inspections with accurate information; discovers discrepancies on reports, and make corrections.
- Maintains inventory of truck keys.
- Accurately and timely provides bid numbers to sales.
- Works with Operations Manager to resolve issues on jobs that need to be billed on. Work in Progress reports.
- Updates sales log when when sale is closed and sets up job file with assigned number.
- Verifies received inventory to ensure required parts are assigned to pending job.
- Notifies Dispatch when parts are ready to leave the warehouse.
- Ensures installation of all customer filters are scheduled timely. Verifies change out offilters completed by contractor.
- Tracks vehicle maintenance and ensures maintenance is completed timely by Technician assigned to each truck, Regularly updates mileage log for company vehicles.
- Consistently provides inspection reports to customers and verifies with customer any incomplete task.
- Coordinates with Sales to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
