Assumes primary responsibility for coordinating the health care services on a 24 hour /7 day week basis. Participates in service planning as well as renewal and maintenance of these plans. Recommends health care service goals and assists in their implementation. Works with the Administrator to supervise, oversee and coordinate the work of personal service assistants to meet resident needs. Provides clinical services as needed to residents and trains personal service assistants to meet resident needs. Provides delegation of medication administration / assistance and health care tasks per state regulations, Nurse Practice Act.

Must have current RN licensure in the state of MN in good standing with the Board of Nursing

On-call after hours rotation

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
