Salary: $160,000 - $210,000
Requirements: 10+ years of construction management or architectural experience

What You Will Be Doing
The Director of Preconstruction is a significant contributor that leads all preconstruction activities to transition projects from business development through estimating and into project management.
What You Need for this Position
- 10+ years of construction management or architecture experience, Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred
- Strong understanding of ground-up and TI multifamily projects over 100+ units
- Advanced negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in scheduling, conceptual estimating, and pre-construction process and procedures
