Essential Functions:

• Provides feedback to the Vice President of Home Care Operations regarding the needs of the Agency, personnel needs, financial needs, professional practices, and health planning.
• Assures documentation of services is accurate and timely. Implements effective budgeting and accounting systems and oversees all Agency fiscal affairs.
• Provides daily hands-on leadership in setting and executing sales goals and initiatives based on the company’s sales program.
• Develops and maintains sound administrative policies and management activities including budget control, cost determination, fee setting and collection, and financial reports.
• Employs, recruits, manages, and directs qualified personnel to carry out the policies and procedures of the Agency. Ensures adequate staff education and evaluation.
• Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of, and ensures compliance with, all local state and federal laws relating to the operations of the Agency.
• Responsible for supervision and evaluation of client satisfaction survey.
• Directs programs through delegation of responsibility to administrative and supervisory personnel.
• Establishes public relations program, ensuring the accuracy of information, for interpretation of the agency’s services and to foster good working relations with physicians and community agencies.
• Prepares Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports

Non Essential Functions:

• Attends all required training, in-services, and staff meetings.
• Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, the achievement of safe working practices
• Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward clients, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures of Spring Hills Home Care Services
