In order to continue to reach our goals as a company, we are seeking experienced DON to join our team. Candidates should be able to perform the essential responsibilities as well as meet the qualifications listed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing department
Ensure that the nursing services Policies and Procedures are followed by nursing personnel
Ensure that nursing staff have appropriate training and ongoing validation of skills and techniques
Monitors the development of work assignments; validating that the facility has adequate staffing following a budgeted PPD
Must be able to lift/transfer a minimum of 25 pounds
Qualifications:
RN, BSN preferred
1 year experience in a supervisory capacity
Experience in skilled nursing facilities/nursing homes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
