The purpose of the Marketing Director is to collaborate with the Department Heads to establish and execute the vision and mission of Fitzgerald Auto Malls through strategic marketing and branding campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Development and management of annual marketing budget
• Development and execution of marketing strategies for both print and internet ads
• Design and oversee all aspects of Digital Marketing strategy
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and manufacturer requirements
• Develop monthly timeline creations
• Manage digital footprint of the company and dealerships including online reputation, websites, social media accounts, etc.
• Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across all mediums or touchpoints
• Identify latest trends, emerging platforms, and technologies in the advertising space
• Cultivate and maintain partnerships with external vendors including digital ad partners, OEM partners, local media, etc.
• Work with Department Heads to establish KPIs

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in automotive marketing and branding strategy
• Ability to develop and execute and organizational vision and align it to business objectives
• Strong creative mind and analytical skills to identify opportunities and pain points through research, data, and customer insights
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record of design and execution of marketing strategy
