Leadership Opportunity

The Director of HRIS will be responsible for all HR Information System initiatives, including planning, coordination and successful implementation while providing expert knowledge of the systems and processes.

What You’ll Do

• Direct the development, implementation, and maintenance of the HRIS
• Work cross-functionally with IT, HR, key stakeholders, and subject matter experts to implement technologies and solutions and drive business transformations in the HR area
• Collect and analyze data to improve HR strategies and processes
• Lead the HRIS team in automation, integration, and configuration of core HR processes
• Set processes and procedures to ensure the uniform, efficient, compliant, and effective management of the HRIS
• Respond to complex or routine support and troubleshooting requests
• Act as a technical point of contact and subject matter expert on HCM system and contribute training content
• Support HR initiatives by consolidating data, updating charts, and preparing reports
• Provide leadership in system-related implementation, training, and project rollouts
• Generate reports from HRIS system

Education, Work-Experience, and Other Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years in HRIS Management
• Knowledge of UKG Ready or other systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, BambooHR, etc.
• Prior experience in the implementation process of HRIS
• Willingness to submit to drug and background screenings

Expertise Needed

• HR Operations and HR systems
• Proficiency with MS Office/Excel in working and conveying ideas
• Project management (solving complex problems, scoping work, driving execution, delivering on deadlines with multiple partners)
