What You Will Be Doing
- Managing a team of about 6 engineers
- Being hands-on as you help the VP transition to more strategy/operations as the company grows
- Overseeing the full lifecycle of several amazing products
- Working cross-organizationally with various departments including executive leadership
What You Need for this Position
- Technical degree
- Strong hands-on background in hardware and firmware engineering
- Experience managing a team of engineers and overseeing the full product life-cycle
- Experience with AL/ML solutions, IoT devices, smart sensors, building management tools, and/or security A/V solutions a big plus
