*DIRECT HIRE POSITION*
Carol Harris Staffing's client in Greensburg is looking for a non-profit Director of Finance and Administration. A successful candidate, will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of financial programming and managing the administrative support department of our client.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- 5+ years of staff supervision experience.
- Experience in not-for-profit accounting and budget management.
- Ability to prepare comprehensive financial statements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capacity to handle challenging situations and conflicts with professionalism, positivity, and effectiveness.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage time effectively, establish priorities, and work independently and as part of a team.
- Government grant experience highly desired.
- Ability to comply with single audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial activities for the agency.
- Maintain accurate accounting practices and oversee payroll.
- Prepare financial reports and maintain agency budgets.
- Evaluate monthly expenditures and prepare for annual financial audits.
- Supervise four staff positions.

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
