Scope:
The Director of Finance is responsible for leading proposal cost estimation, cost models, and contracts across TTM's Aerospace and Defense (A&D) Business Unit. (BU). Supports negotiations within the BU as it relates to A&D both CAPA and non CAPA bids. This individual is responsible for collecting and analyzing supporting data and making tactical capture recommendations including bid/no-bid decisions, capture plans, product offering, and complex pricing recommendations.

Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Acts as a customer liaison to support the development and negotiations of compliant and competitive solutions based on expressed and implied customer requirements. Works closely with engineering and operations to develop solutions that meet cost goals
- Responsibility for proposal contracts efforts including T&C’s review of RFP’s, interpretation of FAR and DFAR flow downs/clauses, and interaction with TTM legal for final review and approval
- Responsible for managing compliance activities for all government rules and regulations including FAR, CAS, GAAP, etc. and manage all external government interfaces (ex. DCMA/DCAA) across all sites with the exception of Long Island and Elizabeth City
- Responsible to support Business case development and ROI across A&D Sector for both proposals as well as R&D efforts
- Comply with and actively support and promote Company policies and procedures including affirmative action, equal employment opportunity, security, safety, environmental, IS0 9000, and ethical business practices
- Perform all other related duties as assigned
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
- Must be a US Citizen eligible for a U.S. Government security clearance
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills, influence-management, negotiation, and assertiveness, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Must have a demonstrated ability to capture new business and close deals
- Must have a demonstrated ability to build, develop and maintain relationships with external customers
- Experience with R&D and pricing of development programs and associated business case analysis
- Must have the ability to quickly and accurately identify and assess business opportunities and develop effective capture and pricing strategies
- Financial management including financial planning and analysis
- Must have the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities to meet established deadlines
- Experience with government proposals, contracting, and rules and regulations
- Experience with government Cost and Pricing
- M&A experience a plus
- Requires excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Finance or Business
- 8+ years of relevant experience with Government Proposal and Contract Management experience
- Must be a US Citizen eligible for a U.S. Government security clearance

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM Provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
