We're looking for a visionary Director of Culinary Innovation and Nutritional Services to revolutionize our culinary offerings. As the Director, you'll lead our dynamic culinary team and spearhead the development of cutting-edge menus.

Responsibilities:

• Inspire and lead the culinary team, ensuring exceptional performance and high morale.
• Redefine diets and menus with the latest culinary trends and nutritional advancements.
• Personalize consultations with residents to understand their preferences, dietary requirements, and cultural influences.
• Evaluate and enhance the nutritional value, presentation, and portion sizes of our culinary offerings.
• Foster strong relationships with residents and families, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Manage equipment maintenance and procurement to optimize our state-of-the-art food service.
• Implement safety and infection control measures for a sanitary culinary environment.
• Create innovative menus and deliver extraordinary dining experiences for parties and special functions.
• Uphold Resident Rights policies, adhere to safety procedures, and contribute to a collaborative work culture.

Qualifications:

• Certified Dietary Manager certification or equivalent credentials.
• Demonstrated business acumen and effective management abilities.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence, trust, and ethical standards.
• Outstanding leadership skills in talent recruitment, training, and decision-making.
• Experience as an Executive Chef in healthcare preferred, keeping up with culinary trends, and transforming teams.
• Proficiency in complex procurement and establishing strategic partnerships.
