Qualifications

• Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and/or 10 years’ work experience in the aviation industry
• Prefer cargo and/or ground operations, safety and personnel management experience
• Must have current dangerous goods/hazardous material certification.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of iAero Airways cargo and ground operations compliance and regulatory standards.
• Responsible for maintaining currency and oversight of cargo and ground operations training, training records and training content.
• Develop a central repository for all cargo and ground operations training records.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and iAero Airways standards, with particular focus on dangerous goods/hazmat compliance.
• Coordination with Vice President – Cargo Sales, to ensure flawless contract execution and operational delivery.
• Coordinate with iAero Airways safety personnel to ensure compliance in all safety and regulatory areas.
• Oversees a team of two (2) people.
• Travel to cargo locations throughout the United States to oversee and ensure compliance.
• Reports to the Vice President - Operations, iAero Airways.
