The Director of Global Growth will lead a strong team to lay the foundation for future growth for Walmart marketplaces around the world. In this role, you will help improve the cross-border seller experience, collaborate with product and engineering to deliver global products and features that help customers and sellers around the world and guide strategic decisions through data and analytics.
You will be responsible for the management, escalation, resolution and delivery a global product roadmap involving stakeholders from around the world. You will gather inputs id prioritize new product features, balancing the needs of sellers and customers across multiple markets. You will problem solve complex and ambiguous challenges, using data to understand the root cause of problems and work collaboratively with product and engineering to design new solutions that scale globally.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field and 6 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 8 years' experience in Business Management, Marketing, Omni-Channel, Merchandising, or related area.
- MBA highly preferred
- 2 years of international marketplace growth experience
- 2 year of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects
- 2+ years of experience working in a large, complex, matrixed organization
- 2+ years of experience of Strategic Planning
- Diverse experiences supporting retail, CPG, supply chain, sourcing, and/or M/A activities
- Experience working in Fortune 100 finance
- Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
- Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency
- Comfort with ambiguity
