Director, Human Resources (HR) and Administrative
Job description
Primary Responsibilites:
- Oversee/"Own" Administrative, Financial, and Human Resources systems and processes of the company
- Work with Executive Leadership team to understand monthly P&L opportunities and ensure financial health of the company
- Administer Compensation and Benefits to a Team of 100+ employees
- Oversee Recruitment, Hiring, and On Boarding processes to increase employee retention rates superior to local market averages
- Continuous development refinement of administrative processes including leadership team productivity and communication
- Serve guests along side the team and leaders in a high volume restaurant
Requirements:
- Strong sense of character, hospitality and care for people
- College Degree and/or experience equal to a college degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Significant experience with accounts payable and receivable
- Excellent organizational aptitude
