About the Team
The AP Higher Ed team at College Board is a seven-person collaborative team that represents all AP courses to faculty and staff at colleges and universities across the country. Our focus is on securing new or improving existing credit or placement policies for qualifying AP scores – work that then allows students to benefit from the advanced work they engaged in during high school. External-facing team members are experts in public speaking and in navigating one-on-one conversations with faculty, academic affairs staff, and at times, state-level policy makers. Internal-facing team members are facile with data and reporting technology, budgeting, and event planning. We pride ourselves on serving as ambassadors for the AP program to colleges and universities and because of our deep knowledge of the higher ed landscape, we also act as strategic advisors to the AP Program

You’ll engage in direct outreach to internal partners and external vendors to secure seamless event planning and delivery. Your work ensures the efficient and successful participation of hundreds of academics annually, all in service of facilitating greater confidence in College Board programs and stable, evidence-based credit policies earned through the Advanced Placement (AP) program. • Be a resource in cleaning and pulling data from Salesforce to maximize reporting abilities in the team
  • Develop custom reports for varying audiences within the College Board, from peers to executive leadership
  • Ideate on ways to improve reporting and messaging to best ensure that team goals are successfully shared with internal colleagues
  • Collaborate with team, coordinate annual refresh and support administration of pre- and post-event surveys as well as committee engagement surveys

About You
