Lawrence County Association for Responsible Care is a private, non-profit social service Agency in New Castle, Pa., that is seeking caring people to assist adults with intellectual disabilities make a home and a life in our community.

Comprehensive paid training program, EMPLOYER -paid health insurance after a 30-day Introductory Period, RETIREMENT plan with 10% employer contribution after one year of service.

$2000.00 Sign - On Bonus

Starting hourly rate is $15.24/hour with a tiered sign-on bonus of up to $2000.00

Full-time, part-time and as-needed positions available. Afternoon, midnight, weekend work rotations part of schedule. Generous paid time off; paid holidays.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED, possess a valid driver’s license and pass pre-employment screenings (paid for by Agency).
