Our Direct Care Staff are expected to provide support for residential programming in the home setting. This includes:

• Teaching important skills for managing home life
• Improve skills by teaching and modeling appropriate interactions
• Maintain a therapeutic environment
• Demonstrate positive interactions with individuals, staff, vendors, and the community.
• Assist with personal care needs
• Upkeep of a safe, clean living environment for individuals
• Assist with medication

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
• Teachable/Coachable (Willingness to accept constructive feedback)
• Positive Attitude
• Compassion
